Excite

Un-bare-able

The bare-faced cheek of it all. This month sees the launch of Playgirl magazine in the UK - but, unlike the US version of the publication, it will feature no actual full-blown nudity, reports Pink News.

Playgirl US first came out in 1973 as a feminist answer to Playboy magazine. Over the years it has proved a hit among gay men, with half the readership estimated to be male.

But while the US magazine showed erections and even cumshots, as well as publishing features on feminist issues such as abortion rights, the UK version will be decidedly more tame. A spokesperson for the mag said that it would only feature guys naked from the chest up.

Instead of wall to wall skin, it plans to include entertainment news and features on beauty and fashion.

Sounds to us like a slightly racier version of OK! Magazine.
