Too Sexy for the City

With the recession on everyone's minds at the moment, you'd think our boys in the City would be concentrating on public spending cuts, credit rates and the strength of the euro. Not for the pin-stripped peacocks of one leading banking firm, who found themselves paying more attention to curves than crashes. Enter one Miss Debrahlee Lorenzana.

Miss Lorenzana, 33, a single mum with a Puerto Rican father and Italian mother (good genes there, we're thinking) worked at Citibank in New York, but it wasn't long before she was advised to dress down and asked to 'refrain from wearing certain items of clothing, in particular, turtleneck tops, pencil skirts, fitted business suits, or other properly tailored clothing', the Daily Mail states.

Debrahlee's alluring attire was distracting male colleagues left, right and centre, leading the lawyer representing her in the sexual harassment case she brought to the firm to suggest that she would be 'very attractive in a burka.' Other female co-workers it seems, were not causing much of a problem at all. Possibly because they'd chosen to wear a sack rather than get the sack.
