Too much sex?

We’re always banging on about who’s banging whom, and how exactly this banging should be done. But one thing we haven’t spoken about are the dangers of getting down and dirty that little bit too much. Now, we’re not talking about multiple sexual partners increasing your risk of STIs – these little problems can arise from even the healthiest of humping...

If you’ve been going at it hammer and tongs over an extended period of time, you may notice a little bit of chaaaaafing. Let’s face it, with all that rubbing going on, it’s only a matter of time before friction affects that previously smooth ride. The answer –just keep that engine well oiled. Invest in a little bit of lubricant and you can do the horizontal hokey-pokey until the cows come home.

Another problem is living up to the highly-revered, if a little imaginary, sex marathon. Trying to last all night long, not only causes sexual insecurities, but there have been a rising number of men without sexual dysfunction popping Viagra in order to achieve non-stop sex sessions.

However, men lose their erections between bouts of love-making for a reason. The penis needs a breather to replenish its oxygen supply. If the penis doesn’t get a chance for a little “lie-down”, it can swell to a painful degree – leaving you with a rather embarrassing hospital visit.

So the moral of this story is: as with all things in life – everything in moderation. You don’t want what was so good, leaving you feeling so bad...
