Take That’s Howard a law unto himself

Famous Take That singer with two first names, Howard Donald, has won a court injunction preventing an ex-girlfriend from revealing the imitate sexual details of relationship.

But the Court of Appeal lifted a super-injunction that prevented reporting of the gagging order. That’s good news for hacks, nosey parkers and Sexploits followers everywhere.

The injunction stops the singer’s former lover, Adakini Ntuli, from selling the sex secrets of their romance in April. It was won after she sent Howard this text:

‘Why shud I continue 2 suffer financially 4 the sake of loyalty when selling my story will sort my life out?’

In his judgement Lord Justice Maurice Kay said that Donald and Ms Ntuli had been together on and off since 2000 but did not live together.

During the same period, ‘Our Howard’ (bless‘im) was in other relationships too, but by the end of 2009 it appeared the relationship between the couple had ended.

He added that the injunction covered ‘any intimate, personal or sexually explicit details about the relationship ... including any facts of a sexual nature’.
