Study claims that raunchy TV increases pregnancy rates

The time may have come to hide the DVD box set of Sex and the City in the same cupboard as Big Natural Boobs 8, with the news that teenagers who watch raunchy TV shows are more likely to get pregnant.

Researchers have found that TV programmes which focus on the fun side of sex, without pointing out the risk of pregnancy, can lead to teenagers getting down to some unprotected fornication.

Sex education expert Elizabeth Schroder told Metro that: 'The media does have an impact but we don't know the full extent of it because there are so many other factors.' Thanks for the vagueness their Doc, but if this story isn't the best excuse for burning every Sex and the City DVD ever produced we don't know what is.
