Police have told that they should ignore al fresco shaggers into 'dogging' if they receive no complaints from the public. The new directive also advises officers to turn a blind eye to gay men getting it on in public loos.
According to Metro, the police have issued a new 21-page draft proposal called 'policing public sex environments'. The guidelines mark a new strategy as previous policing strategies dealing with public riding have failed.
The directive suggests that officers should trawl internet forums to try and find out the location of organised sex meetings rather than busting random shaggers who just can't wait until they get back home.
