Police search banana sex cult leader

Police in Papua New Guinea are chasing a cult leader from the remote village of Yamina after he convinced his followers to have sex in public in order to improve the coming banana harvest.

Thomas Peliis alleged to have enforced the displays of public fornication through threats of violence towards cult members. But one follower was so cheesed off with his leader's demands that he trekked for 60 miles to alert the police of Peli's activities.

However, when the police finally arrived in the village the cult leader fled naked into the jungle and is currently wanted for questioning by the local authorities.
