Ozzy to bite the head off a Baptist?

He's a crazy musician that still manages to rock out on reality tv, keep his mad family and collection of dogs and cats just about in line and use more swear words than a drunk Cockney. However, we're pretty sure that Ozzy Osbourne would rather bite the head off a bat/baptist than say the word 'fag', as the Pinknews reports that he was livid that the US's Westboro Baptist Church used one of his songs at a recent anti-gay protest.

Apparently, members of the organisation that picket the funerals of both gay and straight soldiers with their messages of gay hate, decided to play 'Crazy Train' by Ozzy's band 'Black Sabbath' at a rally, changing some of the song's lyrics to 'You're going straight to hell on your crazy train.'

'Osbourne said to Rockline radio show: 'I thought it was in such bad taste that those people had those banners . . . that's disgusting. They say that we're the anti-christ. Well, what makes them any better?'

Ozzy might normally take it as a compliment that people think he's the anti-christ but we'd rather congratulate him on being an equal-rights supporter. Rock on, Oz.
