There is an old adage which states: 'What happens on holiday stays on holiday', but this is no longer true according to the results of a new survey, as holiday love cheats are tracked down on social networking sites such as Facebook.
It seems that one in five sun lovers who enjoyed a casual holiday romance is tracked down when they get back to Blighty. So that random guy or gal that you met in Greece who you never thought you'd see again may start 'poking' you on Facebook.
The survey, which was carried out by the travel company travelsupermarket.com, found that one in ten holidaymakers under the age of 20 played away from home. Surely using a fake name would suffice to keep Facebook snoops away?
