Couples turn to sex to beat the credit crunch
We all know that times are tough and people have no money to spend on furniture and gadgets, and a new study has found that couples are turning to shagging each other senseless to beat the credit crunch.
YouGov surveyed 2,000 people and found that 43% of Scots have chosen sex as their favourite recession time activity with 35% in the South of England. The data seems to be confirmed by an increase in condom sales.
While sex has made a serious comeback in these cash-strapped times, gossip, window shopping and visiting museums are also tactics being used to beat the credit crunch.
