Boob job Britain

It’s official, we’re living in boob job Britain. Despite living under a cloud of continuing economic gloom, more boob operations were performed than ever last year in the UK, reports The Sun. A total of 9,430 women – a rise of ten per cent on 2009 - went under the knife last year, while the number of men opting to get something off their chests also rose - 741 choosing to get rid of their man boobs (or 'moobs', to use a technical term).

Whether saying thanks for the new mammories or waving goodbye to the old ones, Cosmetic surgery was up five percent in 2010, according to the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS).

Fazel Fatah, BAAPS chief, said: ‘The public's interest in aesthetic surgery remained strong in spite of the economic downturn. Procedures showing the more considerable rise seem to be concentrated on the most visible areas.’
